Sign ups are the first Monday and Tuesday in August, at 6:30pm, in the school gym. *Refer to information regarding mandatory online registration process prior to attending sign-ups (see below). Practices may begin the second Monday in August. Season begins mid-August, through a tournament usually in the third weekend in October. The fee is $100 for boys, who are St. Agnes parishioners and $110 for those in other Catholic parishes. CYO provides helmets, pads, game jersey/pants, practice uniforms. Players must provide their own mouth guards, & athletic cups. Mandatory player weigh-in day will be held at Bishop Miege High School, and will be announced by coaches when date is set. Final uniform fittings & distribution is the second week of August. Information will also be provided directly from the individual coaches.

All CYO participants must complete a mandatory online parent release form, prior to attending sign-ups. There is a $20 fee per participant, for the entire current school year. Please complete this online registration as soon as possible (on a home computer or local library computer), if your student plans to participate. Your child cannot complete the sign up process or be placed on a roster until this online registration is completed. This is an Archdiocese requirement. To complete this mandatory form online, go to www.cyojwa.org. Click on CYO Online Registration, then follow the prompts (you will need a credit card ($20) to complete this online process. Participants must register in advance on-line, prior to attending sign-ups. In addition, students and parents still need to attend the sports sign-ups, to pay the registration fees. If you are unable to obtain access to a computer, (or credit card) to complete the online process, accommodations can be made to have access to the school’s computer lab, and a credit card at signups.
